I'm London Joy
Hi, I'm London—a photographer, teacher, lover of Jesus, and traveler based between Texas and Southern California.
I grew a love for photography in high school through photo classes and time spent outdoors. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a passion for capturing the beauty I found in the world around me. Over time, that passion grew into a desire to preserve meaningful moments and create images that help people remember not just what happened, but how it felt.
As a teacher, I value connection, authenticity, and helping people feel comfortable and seen. Those same values shape the way I approach photography. Whether I'm documenting a graduate stepping into a new chapter, a couple celebrating their relationship, or a wedding surrounded by loved ones, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel genuine, joyful, and timeless.
When I'm not behind the camera, you'll usually find me exploring a new place, hiking a favorite trail, reading a good book, or spending time with the people I love most. My work is inspired by both people and the places they love, creating photographs that preserve not only what happened, but what it felt like to be there.
